Touch screen unresponsive

Anyone have issue with the touch screen not responding, but the bottom menu keys work. Normal operation after plugging in to charger. is this going to be a continual problem? Should i be concerned and exchange phone?

Are you still within the manufacturers warranty?

Absolutely. Just got the phone on Friday.

happens to me sometimes. i hold the power & down arrow for 5 seconds to reboot the phone.
