Hi,

Got my new Droid Turbo 2 a week ago.
Yesterday, I updated the phones new Marshmallow software.

Today I went to add a few videos to my 128 GB SabDisk drive. I clicked on it, opened and there were NO folders showing.
There were several folders I had created to place various data in. One being videos.
None are visible.

I know the data is still on the card becy I can see it in my Gallery App. All the videos / pics are there.

I see the phones internal drive and it's subfolders.

Anyone else had this problem and if so, is there a fix?

Until there is a new update to fix this, the only way I know to add media is to remove the phones cover, pop out the drive, place it in an adapter, transfer media. Then remove the card and insert back info the phone. Ridiculous.

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Try this, if you can. Turn the phone off. Insert a different SD Card (any old card with nothing on it would be perfect). Turn the phone on, it will re-index the new card. Turn the phone off. Put the original SD Card back in. Turn the phone on again, it will re-index that SD Card. You should then be able to see the card when connected to a PC. It worked for both of my Turbo 2's after the Marshmallow update.
