Verizon Starts Rolling Out Lollipop to the Samsung Galaxy S4

So I have been out of the game for a while now.
1. Has Lollipop been Rooted?
2. Does it have a Wifi Hotspot?
3. Can you still use Safe Strap or Equivalent?
4. Is there a Hyperdrive Rom that works with this update?

Sorry for the shot gun of questions.....
If Any of the answers to those questions are in the negative I probably wont update.

Foxfi works with lollipop without root.

Last two...No idea...

Also..New no revert Bootloader in sch-i545

New odin downloader changes also. Cannot revert to KirKat
