What phone are you replacing with the Galaxy S6?

I know we're still a couple months away from the official Galaxy S6 announcement but I'm really looking forward to this phone.

I currently have a Sony Xperia Z3 with T-Mobile but Sony really made it hard for us tinkerers as we still do not have a root method this device so I will probably be switching back to Samsung.

Galaxy S4, as long as it does not come with a curved display, I prefer a flat slab of glass.
