Wont boot up completely

I seem to have encountered a problem with my phone lately and can't seem to get it to start. All the way that is. The phone seems to boot up whether it be recovery mode or flash mode, but the actual phone itself will not start up all the way. The phone will however start up and boot to the picture I have posted along with this thread, but that is as far as it boots up to and it does nothing more after that aside from staying on that specific screen with that droid logo on it.

-The phone is rooted I believe, but it was working perfectly fine before
-Red light blinks while stuck on the logo (dont know if thats of any importance)
