1.8.5 MIUI update

How can I tell if my phone updated or not? Everything in about phone indicates that I'm still on the .29 version .

Try flashing it again. Wipe the caches and flash. That all I did. Running great.

I flashed it 3 or 4 times and in about phone it says i have.. 29. It does remove the glitch kernel every time I flash but as far as I can tell that's it.

You probably downloaded the wrong one. Andmer put it up on his twitter and a lot of people mistakenly thought it was on the miui website, redownloaded, and reflashed .29. I'm not sure if it's even up yet. Check his twitter, theres actually a download link in a post on the fascinate page of the miui forum. If it doesn't say 108050, you're not on 1.8.5.

I have now downloaded multiple different times / places, probably flashed 6 or 7 times and I'm still on 7.29. My friend flashed a little bit ago as he says he thinks he lost his sd card:-(

Are you now on miui? If so you should have blue or yellow. Haven't heard of it being red. That's from froyo.
