"1" on keypad during call sometimes doesn't work

I've found that sometimes when calling systems that require entering a number to get an extension or option that the number "1" on my keypad doesn't work. All other numbers seem to be fine. Anyone else notice this?

Yes, I'm having the same issue!

For me it was the number 3... Returned that handset...
Not...
Just for that but that one was the only one that had that problem.

Happens to me when I am putting in my code for my voicemail. I press 1 and ut shuts the screen off.

Having the same problem when entering my code for voice mail, but only when getting there from notification screen. If I enter through the voice mail icon it doesn't happen. Strange

• From the Keypad tab, tap Menu Menu icon (located in the upper right).
• Tap Settings.
• Tap Call.
• Tap DTMF tones.
• Tap Long
