12 sec video..too big too attach???

Hi Guys...

sorry for beong such a noob....I took a 12 sec. video.....when I tired to share it to either an e mail or upload yo youtube, I got a message saying the "file is too large to attach"? Is a 12 sec. video too large too attach??? I am sure I am missing something...

Please help!

go to your video camera, then hit the menu button, then settings,video quality and select low for MMS
