2.3 update

I have the update.zip for the D2 and im rooted and i boot into the stock recovery and apply update.zip but it fails.
error status 7 and it also said something about /system/app/BlurEmail (which I removed)

Do i need to put that app back in order for it to apply the update?

Sorry lol long day. Try doing it in clockwork recovery just make sure to mount the system.
