2nd Droid Incredible... Slow, HTC sticking going back to home screen...

This is my second incredible, I have installed a minimal amount of programs, upon getting it set up the way I like... It worked fine for a bit now it is slow as dirt and it is doing a weird lock up and loading thing that flashes the HTC white and green screen when going back to the home screen.... any have a clue????

If it is unrooted I would take it or call in to VZW. If unrooted there aren't many options you could try.


You could try a factory reset also and see it fixes it though I feel it will be temporary.
