3 (Probably Not) Simple Questions

1. Is it possible to remove or replace the wi-fi, bluetooth, etc. toggles in the status bar?

2. Is it possible to disable or change the menu that pops up when you hold the power button?

3. Is there a free widget that will power off the phone upon being pressed?

I'm rooted and willing to do just about anything to resolve the above issues.
