3G data issue on all Android phones??

Do you like ever experience the situation in which your data connection is stuck at downloading(down arrow) n never uploading(up arrow) so whenever you do something that requires internet it doesn't work? That happened on my old phone now this

It's an Android problem, but the simple fix is putting the handset in "Airplane Mode," then disabling it. My D2 does it a lot, but not to the point where I'm really frustrated with it.

Ummm that doesn't work nor does an assortment of data n background on n off n reboots, it jus comes back whenever it feels like lol
