3g mobile hotspot problem?

My 3G mobile hotspot was working perfectly. Then all of a sudden with no changes I click on it and it's starting up but instead of connecting I get a message "Cannot connect. Contact your service provider." So just for the heck of it I d/l Barnacle and it works no problem. Any ideas?

Mine would drop after a few minutes. Is there something I'm missing?

@ stinger ....I've had the same problem a few times. Rebooted & problem solved for me.

Thanks chris. I tried it again a while later and all was good. Guess I prematurely freaked. I was waiting for that guy with the goofy glasses and all the people with him to knock on my door: "We need your phone. You don't have the network behind you."
