3g Mobile Hotspot Service

I'm contemplating adding the 3g mobile hotspot service to my plan. I wanted to get some feedback from anyone who uses this service to see if it's worth paying for.

I currently do not have any internet service at home and thought this might be a viable option instead of adding service through my cable company. Any suggestions or feedback is appreciated.

I use it

I pay for it out of guilt for all the wired tethering I do and to play WOW. It is basically no different than the wireless tether app in the market except you have to pay for it. If you get a call while using it, you will be disconnected from the hotspot.
