4.3 Update & S Voice

Ever since I updated to Android 4.3, I can't get S-Voice to turn off. I go into setting and turn it off but if automatically turns back on shortly after. I've been going in and turning it off time after time yet this continues to happen. Anybody else have this problem or know what I'm doing wrong?

Yes. . Same here. Trying to close things because battery is going quickly down? But that one will not close. A few others will not either.
