4G/3G Outtage

Is anyone having any trouble getting 4G/3G connection on their Rezound. Suddenly within the last hour I can't get a connection and I called Verizon and they said there wasn't any outtage and wanted to do a factory reset but I didn't want to do this yet. I did take out simm card and battery but no go.

Nope, this was posted using 3g as a test and everything works fine. I'm not special enough to get 4g so I can't tell if that's working.

4G working here in WA State.

my phone was corrupted and had to do a factory reset and new simm card. Everything is working fine now.
