4G Issues near Philly?

Anyone else seeing crappy 4G near Philly today? I get spikes of 1-2 bars of 4G where I usually have solid 3-4 bars. But I've got full 3G coverage.

My wifes razr had a problem with the sim card too. We took it to a Verizon store and got a new card but still had the same problem. The store called Verizon and they said its a network problem not the phone or sim card. I find it weird though because I have the same phone but with no problem.

I even went as far as to factory reset my phone(which I hate because I had knocked all the bloat out) and it boots up to 4G and about five minutes later it's on 3G. Funny part is that when 4G is up, it's got a great signal.

Looks like this is bigger than just Philly.
