Hey guys!
Just got my maxx the other day, but I'm not new to android at all. I noticed that my 4G kept disconnecting and reconnecting even though it was sitting in one spot the whole time.
I googled it but couldn't find much accept that other people with other 4G lte phones were having the same problem. I called Verizon tech support and told them what was happening.
He told me that he could help me. He told me to call *228 on my phone after he did some provisioning on his computer. Once my phone acknowledged that he did something (said your phone has now been activated or something like that) he said that 4G shouldn't drop because I am in a very good 4G area.
I just have to say what a difference!!! My 4G has not dropped since.
Hope this helps someone!
