Don't think so.

Droid T2 (Tegra 2) was just a previous codename for the Droid Bionic amirite?

More likely waiting on the unannounced and unleaked Droid 3 coming down the pipes at some point.

Does anyone have pictures of the phone or links to articles?

The rumored solona would be basically a bionic with a keyboard.

tappin and a talkin

any one hear of any news on this phone? dont get me wrong the thunderbolt and bionic sound awesome, but i cant believe that more people dont want a phone with a screen like the bionic but yet a nice physical keyboard. anyone else with me on this?

It will probably be the Droid 3 that sports a slide out qwerty.

Moto's probably saving the Droid 3 to compete with the iPhlop 5.

Sorry to revive a dead thread, but with the Droid 3 failing to have a 4G LTE radio, I feel this issue is relevant again.

Are there any upcoming Verizon phones that will have a 4G LTE radio, and a physical keyboard? This day in age, dual core is also a must, as well as more than 512MB of RAM like the D3 is going to have.

From what I've seen...there's nothing like that. Physical keyboards have been dying out, but for those who enjoy texting without looking, they must stay!

I was so dissapointed the d3 has no lte. Why would they put a front facing camera and a hotspot for a phone that has no LTE:blackdroid:

I'm with you on that; I'm craving a Verizon phone that has a 4G LTE radio and a physical keyboard too. The problem is LTE radio chip technology hasn't evolved to the point where they can make a radio chip small enough to have an LTE radio and a physical keyboard as well as other trends in technology to avoid the phone being a five-iron in a person's palm in addition to being extremely thick. Me and you wouldn't care about having to lug around a brick but the bigwigs of the Big Red think that it would give them a headache due to returns because of the dimensions...

There is the rumored "Motorola Jet" that's said to be released in Q1 2012 that could be the answer to our prayers. The Jet specs include a 4.3 inch qHD screen, 1-1.5 GB of RAM, a slide-out QWERTY keyboard, a 4G LTE radio, and a quad-core processor...drool on.

I'll also add that there will most likely eventually be Android Blackberry knockoffs (i.e. Droid Pro) that have an LTE radio. If you don't mind the über-small screen.

How much thicker does the lte radio really make the phone? We talking .1 of an inch here or what?

It's not so much making it thicker as it is making it a brick. When you factor in the extra weight from the slide-out keyboard, you're looking at a cinder block.
