4g question in Colorado springs

Hey guys...checking verizons coverage map, the entire city should be covered in 4g. I traveled here this week from Ohio for a business trip, but my 4g is only getting like 1 connection bar...when I turn on 3g I get all 4 bars full. Is it possible something is messed up with my 4g or is it possibly just the hotel im staying in interfering with the 4 g connection?

more likely you're just in a weak 4g area
