I'm already on 5.0.6 and only want to upgrade to 5.0.6.1 so I don't get asked every time I reboot my phone. When I download and it reboots into ClockworkMod Recovery I get the fallowing.....

Open update pakage...
E:Can't open /sdcard/clockworkmod/download/koush
.romraiod.com/motorola/sholes/cyanogen_sholes-ota
-eng.koush_5.0.6.1.zip
(bad)
Installation aborted.

Is the link down and is that why the files bad or do I have bigger problems?
I can download kernals and themes with rommanager and they all work fine.

I may be wrong but I think you need to delete files in the /sdcard/clockworkmod/download folder and then redownload the rom.

Totally had the same problem when I tried to update. What worked for me was to use root explorer or astro to delete the zip file, and then download the update again.
