Decent tips, but there are easier ways to do some of the things he shows.
Most notably, if you use a third-party keyboard (or the Samsung keyboard), you can hover the S pen over a text box and it give you a small blue icon. Tap that and you're in handwriting mode without having to long press a button, then tap another.
How? Please explain how to get a Settings menu like yours. I'm trying to find my Home Screen settings and I don't have that option.
Edit: I held in the button on the bottom left until I got a short vibrate, 3 options came up, one of which was Home Screen settings. I got what I wanted, but it'd still be nice to be able to follow the video with the exact same screen shots.

I found it in the Manual. Page 144

To get to your Homescreen settings, long press (hold down) on a blank past of any Homescreen (anywhere without a widget or app shortcut), or use 2 fingers to "pinch" the Homescreen.
I have never in my life gone into settings to edit my Homescreen. Terrible tip, but if you notice, later in the video, he pinches the home screen.
