Twitter / cyanogen: Pushing RC1 back a few day ...

Pushing RC1 back a few days. Too much to do, not enough hours in the day. Not giving an ETA this time

I was really looking forward to this tomorrow, oh well hope they take there time and make it as stable as possible.

There have been issues with the latest nightlies rebooting when you use the volume buttons. Nightly 141 is the last stable one I've used. Can't imagine RC1 coming out until that gets resolved.

I think that's the one I'm on, actually, and I hated having to re-install the RC3 VoiceDialer.apk -- I REALLY hope that's straightened out by 6.1.

Idk.. I think ill wait until the final 6.1 comes out. Last time I followed the release candidates and dealt with all the minor bugs and challenges that came with them. This time ill wait until its stable. Can't wait

I've tryed the latest nightlies and thay got some really awesome features added. Thay are not stable yet tho. Cm 6.1 is going to be a killer rom

The nightly I have, which is like build 141 or 140 or something, is a 2.2.1 ROM, yes, so 6.1 should be as well.

Yeah...I'm totally diggin' the extended power control features in the notification bar!!! With the ability to change colors...change features...need to include the torch though for flash

Yeah, but I think he's looking for it in the notification bar pulldown as opposed to the white screen.

I thought he was talking about the power control widget. It was supposed to be in there, but maybe Cyanogen and his crew could only get it working on the Nexus 1 and other HTC devices.

I just put a link to the app on my home screen and called it good enough.

where do u download the nightlies? i wanna give a try
