Voice assistants have been making all kinds of progress in the past few years. They are smarter in the way they communicate with people, and can recognize questions that are being asked with ease providing pertinent information to the end users. There seems to be one big hangup with the tech being the ability for voice assistants to understand a large number of accents. In the comical video posted above you can see how each of the main voice assistants can interpret different accents. Google Home seems to be the winner!
