911 issue....

Ok idk if any one has this happening to them too I know my wife has the same problem as I do, I'm fully stock, she has stock root, and we r social networking and every hour or so we receive text messages that say "please make a voice call to 911, txt is not available at this time".......any one have the same problem, I'm in Los Angeles, CA.

I actually do have facebook sms on my droid and so does my wife...I guess this is the answer.
