a Developer question

I have a really good idea for an app id like to have made for droid, and possibly iphone and other cells, how do you go about finding someone that can program in android ? could someone point me in the right direction please ?

Search, there have been at least two threads I recall that had developers asking for suggestions for programs and desired apps. Can always do Google as well.
