My Droid has deleted all of my contacts, call history and call log on two occasions now. I had the Verizon techs reinstall my contacts. Now when I enter a new contact the phones says the number was added, however the number will only be saved in favorites and the call log. Today my phone now deleted every text msg I had. Not sure why its doing this but its very aggravating to say the least. Any ideas on my possessed phone's issues?

:welcome: to the forum fuztupinz! Are you using the stock messaging app? I know lots of people have trouble with handcent deleting their texts. As far as the contacts thing is sync on? Your contacts are somewhere in a google cloud and if you don't sync every now and then...i don't think they're actually saved. Try going to http://www.google.com/contacts too. Good luck

Thank you for the reply. I am using the stock msg app. Is there another one to use? The messages were there prior to turning off my phone. Live and learn I guess. Verizon techs did finally sync my contacts. I will use the link provided to learn more. Thanks again.
