A500 TABLET

I've got an A500 I want to use for a specific app, automotive, just trying to figure out if I can update or need to update the tablet..it is at 4.0.3 and kernel 2.6.39.4

I've tried settings>about> system update...but that's tells me I need a better network connection, I'm at home on my wifi but have also tried my hotspot...same message....any help?

Welcome to the forum. I'm guessing that it won't have any updates, I believe it came out around 2011 and ICS is probably the latest for it.

Thank you Grant!! Any idea of why it would say my network is slow and to move to another area...just weird...but I can get to the internet fine...
