Access Phone Internal Memory

Hi everyone,

When I plug in my usb cable from my phone to my pc, using the connection type of "disk drive" I see two drives available on my pc. The two drives which one is my sd memory and one is the phone internal memory. I can easily access my sd memory drive but whenever I try to open the drive for the internal memory, it would give me an error of "cant open drive". For some reason after numerous replugging and plugging, I manage to get in the internal memory drive...but after that try, I was unable to replicate it.

Long story short, how come I am not able to access the phone internal memory? and why was I able to access it that one time only?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Typically the lower of the two drives is your phone and the higher one is the SD card. Best way to figure that out is to add a test folder and then remove the sd card.
