Accessong SDCard on droid incredible

Please help. I have previously put mp3s on my sdcard by connecting it to my computer via usb. Now I'm trying to access the sdcard to get a file off of it that I downloaded. When I connect I chose disk drive on the phone but I cannot find any access to my sdcard!! Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong. When usb is connected it opens in two drives. The F and G for some reason.

When you connect via usb and pull down the notification panel does it not have a "connect mass storage" or something along those lines ?

Your device has memory for storage as well as the SD card. Per the reply above, make sure you're mounting the SD card when you connect the USB cable.
