The Acer Iconia becomes the first non Nexus device to receive an SDK port of Jelly Bean! This is exciting news! Developer RandomBlame is the man responsible. This is beta and a few things aren't working here like audio, wifi, sdcard, usb not mounting flash drives. For most these bugs are pretty big and would make this build useless. However if you don't own a nexus phone and still want to see what Jelly Bean is all about and you happen to have an Acer Iconia A500 then this is for you! This is also exciting because it shows how quickly this can be done. RandomBlame not only ported JB to the AIA500 he also put together a tutorial on how to get Jelly Bean ported to any device so hopefully you will be finding a port for your device soon!
