Ad stock media player

I've been having problems with my D2 stock media player where it randomly freezes, which sucks because it's best Ive found with its built in EQ. Now that I'm rooted, it seems even worse. Any suggestions?

Im over clocked at low voltage, 1.15 ghz. Could this be part of the problem?

how do you overclock your phone to that much? mine only went to 768mHz. The bootloader is locked so i thought you couldnt flash a kernel. Also i just downloaded a new music player double twist was the best one i could find. i had the same problem.
