ADB newb

can anyone point me towards a guide? or just give me a lil start up help..

im downloading all the sdk platforms now, and usb drivers etc etc..

so far im assuming i just run it from the terminal, but can somone tell me what mode i need to put the X in. I have been unable to find it.

well...i just copied the ENTIRE phone to the desktop..minus everything that said "skipping special file" in the cmd prompt


now i can explore without being skeered

just cause you have a copy of it, if something goes missing from /system of the boot sequence then youll get s boot loop. and the recovery system on the DX isnt a full recovery.
