Additional Info under Contacts Grayed out??

Hi,
I am trying to get to the additonal info under a contact or contacts that I choose so I can give them their own ring tone but it's grayed out? Can anyone help me???

it will work, for some reason you have to just wait a ridiculously long time. Don't know why!:icon_evil:
