Hope im putting this in the right place if not i apologize in advance. when i first got on my computer today the first thin g that popped up was an update for adobe flash player and i figured that its probably something to do with the android update that was planned for tom. seeing as flash is supposed to be a part of the 2.1 update.Inputs are welcome.:motdroidvert:

Adobe on your pc has nothing to do with the device (Droid)

Adobe regularly updates itself on Windows PC's.

I see where you are trying to make the connection but it's highly unlikely they are tied together.

and u dont think for any reason it would update the day before a supposed release of a new device that will support it.? i honestly cant say i remember the last time i had to say yes to adobe updating.

Yep, I don't think the two would be connected at all.

My various Adobe products are ALWAYS updating with some security patch, or update.

I'm gonna agree with Cereal on this one.

The updates for the desktop version might be random and small bugfixes, but I don't think they are related (AT ALL) to Android.

Of course it means something for android. Infrastructure is important, and I would definitely say there is a connection , the only question is how closely are the related?

Thank gawd I installed that adobe upgrade on my Vista computer then...I'd sure hate to miss out on 2.1 because of it. :)

I was thinking the update was just because i bought a new laptop tonight. Guess I was mistaken. Gonna wear my foil hat to bed, just in case the black helicoptors fly over.

LMAO Im pretty sure its completely unrelated. What would the Adobe on your computer have to do with it on your phone?
