Ok, is there an alarm clock that I can download onto my Droid, that gives me the option to fall asleep while listening to music, and to have it shut off automatically?

Yes i use music sleep. There are quite a few in the market just search for sleep

I use Sleep Timer. Free, works good, supports many different applications to fall asleep to.
