ally text question

I just got the LG Ally and I like it other than the battery dying quick. I can't for the life of me figure out how to save a picture from a text message that someone sends to me. If you touch the picture it won't do anything when you hit the menu button, which would make sense if you were trying to save the picture... anyone have this same problem? Anyone have an answer?

On the moto droid, you hold your finger down on the picture, which then brings up a menu giving you the option to save to SD.
Hope it's the same way across platforms

hey you guys! i have just today got the new droid ally and i want to save this picture message.but its not letting me.i held my finger down on the picture but all it did was flash the mena button for a split second without giving me the time to press it.lol.please someone helppp!

Yes, it does work. Just be sure you're in the text message when you hold your finger down on the pic. It won't work if you've enlarged the pic. Good luck!
