Alternative to swype!!!!!!

Well for some of us swype has ended and I for one do not want to start using standard keyboard. After looking for alternatives until i can get a new copy SLIDEIT light is on the market and its free. The program isnt as polished as swype but it works the same way. For double letters you do not have to do that squiggle thing it is smart enought to know it needs a double letter and just installs it. Let me know what you think. I just started using it so I do not have any more info on it.

How did your swype "end"? I'm still using the updated Beta they are testing.

i opened it up to type a msg this morning and it said your beta expired?

Yeah, the beta expired yesterday because a new version was released. It's in open beta as of last night, so if you register on the site you'll get an invite

don't despair, swype is here

search google for updated swype beta apk for android, it's available now and it works, dont' wait for install instructions, just install the apk directly for rooted users:icon_ banana:
