Note 2 I pay for hot spot on unlimited plan, I use the hot spot for home Internet, when im on my ps3 late at night playing battlefield I lose connection alot, same problem when I use my wife's maxx, is this a tower problem or vz slowing me done?, I use foxfi and pda net, I notice during the day I don't get dropped as much. I've only used 16 gigs this month so far.

It's a network deal... When demand is high they "throttle" down higher use users.... I forget what they call it but it's not throttling.... I think they call it optimizing or some other teem like that.
