Amazon app store help!!!

So I've had the amazon app store for a while now and never had a problem. Until now the apps download fine. I click install and it brings up the install screen and I click install and it automaticly says "application not installed" I spoke with an amazon rep and did all of their troubleshooting. Clear cache check internal memory finally we uninstall/reinstall. Still hot same message. She told me to contact the developer but its from five apps from five different developers. Anyone know what to do its getting a bit annoying

Actually I did a master reset and it work after that so far
