I know it's not a 'sexy' app, or even a particularly fun one to even think about, but I happened across it and thought it was a great idea. A search showed that there were no topics for it, so here we go:
Amber Alert:
You can leave it to a general warning, meaning you will get every Amber Alert in the U.S., or you can limit it to the state you are in. I was planning to find the page and put the barcode up, but I'll be damned if I could find the marketplace page on my laptop.
Once you get an update, and should you think you have information, you can click the listing you have info for to go to http://www.missingkids.com, or you can long-press to call the local police.
You can find this by going into the marketplace and searching "Amber Alert".
