if you want to move stuff to phone, I use a program called doubletwist.

I concur. It also adds pretty cool remote control functions to your PC if you use it as a "media center"

I have speakers connected from my PC to my kitchen. I can now change my music while I'm in the kitchen using my phone.

I want an option that doesn't have to buffer such a large part of the song before playing. 30 second gaps between songs sucks.

You could try Orb, it streams all your media from your computer to your phone, it will do this over wifi or 3G

I looked for an app that could do that. The only thing I found was an app called TuneSync. It syncs only your playlists over wifi connection. The free version allows you to sync 20 songs per playlist while the full version ($3.99) allows as many songs as you want.

I didn't look to long for an app to sync but when I did look this was the one I stumbled upon that was the best.
