- more google widgets, better weather widget
- am/fm radio....ok well fm only
- ability to set individual txt notification in the native messaging app
- fix the damn gallery
- better camera software, more camera options
- music controls on lock screen
- option to skip lock screen natively
- fix voice search bugs
- better facebook app
- flash
- more home screens natively
- dedicated phone icon near the menu bar/ or the ability to put icons there natively
- better cut and paste..dont use this that often but a better implementation would be nice
- increase processor clock speed

Got to have,

1. The ability to "Delete All" in pop mail trash folders. I am so tired of having to delete these messages one by one from the trash. I cannot "select all" all but after I select them one by one I get a "deselect all" option, how smart-phone is that?

2. The ability to move mail messages in the inbox into folders. Come on windows mobile has has this your years...

When zoomed in, pictures look a little blurry when compared to the original gallery. This has been acknowledged by Google so hopefully there will be a fix soon. For many this won't be much of an issue but for those wanting to judge the quality of their pics, it's pretty useless.

dont forget that when you take a pic it takes a very long time for it to appear in the gallery. And sometimes when you click on the gallery it will only show your picasa folders and no camera or downloads folder, you have to go back home and then click on the gallery again to have them show. Pictures load very slowly sometimes. Scrolling needs to have more momentum and not stop after like 3 columns, and thumbnails load slowly also.

^It's strange, but I don't seem to have that particular issue, all the pics show up for me but I have seen complaints about it.
