Android 2.3.3 and sense 2.1?

I've heard a little about OTA update to Gingerbread (Android 2.3.3 for dinc or all, not sure) and I saw videos with people showing that their actually running 2.3.3. I really like the sense 2.1 UI especially the app drawer/updated widgets. Has this update been rolled out to all dinc phones? Thanks for allresponses!
