Android 4.3 - Animation

I recently upgraded to 4.3 and noticed that animation keeps getting switched ON - even though I switch it off. It happens every time I use the camera. Any idea on how to permanently disable animation? Switching developer options off doesn't work - animation still gets switched on every time I use the camera.


Also I used to have an app which pulled up an internal menu to allow me to choose 3G only. Now that app says it is being blocked by the OS? Any ideas on how to manually choose 3G only?

Try a battery pull - 1 minute at least.

Tried that earlier a few times - made no difference.

It's a bug in their update. Any ideas how to fix this?
