Android 4.3 Has Been Leaked For The Galaxy S4 and Note 2

The release of Kit Kat is quickly approaching, but most of us would love to just finally see 4.3 on our devices. While OEMs try to roll out their udpates in the coming months you can go ahead and install 4.3 now. This is of course a leaked build and is not the final product. If you are adventurous enough to install this leaked build then you should expect a few bugs. Only one week after Samsung began to test 4.3 on the GS4 and Note3. There were 3 other early builds for this device. It is nice to see Samsung cracking away at new builds, also its nice to see that they are working towards updating older devices like the Note2.
