The first few Nexus devices to start getting the OTA for the newest Android 5.0.1 Lollipop update are the Nexus 7 2013 WiFi, the Nexus 10 and the Nexus 9. For these devices the OTA is already pushing out for the new and improved version of Lollipop. Of course, now that the OTA is rolling out for them, the download file has been made available as well for those who don't want to wait:
If you want to install these files manually, you have a couple of options. You can either apply the update via ADB by using the stock recovery option, or you can flash them directly from any custom recovery you have already installed.

We expect to see the Android 5.0.1 update start rolling out to other Nexus devices with the next week or two as well. For more info on the Android 5.0.1 build head here: LRX22C build page.
