Android alternative for some iPhone Apps

I recently moved over from a Jailbroken iPhone 3Gs running iOS 4.2.1 to an Sony x10a running Blue Sparks Custom ROM 2.3.4 rooted.

So far, I love it, but there are a few applications that I had on my iPhone that I would love to have on my Android.

Does anyone know the Android alternative for these iOS apps?

Lockinfo: It displayed emails, SMS, Calender events and such right on the lock screen.
Winterboard: Themes for the iOS.
Activator: Assign custom actions for different gestures or button presses (my favorite part was using the Volume Up/Down to change playing songs.

Any help would be appreciated.

Displays stuff on your lockscreen without having to unlock your device.
I got the full version when it was Amazon's Free App Of The Day, but stopped using it because I wanted to conserve my battery resources drastically.
I think Android should have a built-in option to do this.

Thanks. Executive Assistant.is pretty close to what I was looking for. Any ideas how to get assistant and a clock to show on the lock.screen at the same time?
