Android is upgrading.... not what i thought either

Rebooted into recovery, wiped cache and dalvik, and got that message "android is upgrading..." optimizing applications.
Still on 4.0.2 though... confused?

Yes this is normal when you wipe dalvik cache and then boot. On boot after dalvik cache wipe stock ICS rebuilds dalvik cache and displays this notification as it rebuilds the dalvik cache.
