Having problems installing Fruit Ninja or MiniSquadron? Don't worry, you aren't the only one. It seems as though there is an issue going on where a few developers have started having their games install right to the SD Card by default from the market which in turn has created a bit of an install issue.
While the game downloads successfully it will begin installing to your phone but after a period of time will fail. MiniSquadron's developer has issued an unofficial workaround for this problem:
Google is aware of the problem and has responded to the support thread that has sprung up because of this. While it is only isolated to a few (but very popular) titles, as more developers choose this route it could become a much bigger issue if not resolved.

You can also try un-mounting or removing you microSD card during the installation process which should force an install to the internal memory."On your sd card, locate and delete the file ...android_secure/smdl2tmp1.asec (this is a temporary file and won't harm your phone to remove it). Then redownload/reinstall the app - it *should* now work fine."
